Ritu Sharma

Managing Director

Ritu serves as TritonExec’s Managing Director and Head of Talent Acquisition for the APAC region.  She manages our talent and human resource operations through internal recruiting and selection, executive search as well as supporting Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) projects.

With over 17 years of professional experience, Ritu has managed key accounts and teams across IT and various non-IT sectors. Ritu previously worked in talent and HR operations with Upgrade Rekrut India, PERSOL Kelly, Aon Hewitt and Convergys. She has a degree in Political Science from Delhi University and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Punjab Technical University.

When not scouting for talent, Ritu enjoys traveling with her husband and two children. Her other passions include driving, playing badminton and networking with people to build her talent network.
