With deep expertise across executive recruitment, RPO, operational transformation and team leadership, Norma brings a highly practical and solutions-focused approach to talent delivery. She is known for building trusted client relationships, creating scalable recruitment models and leading teams through periods of change and growth. At TritonExec, Norma plays a key role in strengthening our Critical Hire Outsourcing capability and ensuring clients receive a high-quality, consistent and commercially effective delivery experience.
