Jonathan leads TritonExec’s continued growth and expansion. He drives the company’s vision and M&A strategy, Sales, and Talent initiatives to achieve the business’ goals. Not afraid to rip up the play book and challenge the status quo, Jonathan has a passion for disruption and innovating the firm’s service offering to align to customer needs.

Jonathan’s search experience has been focussed at C-level and VP level, building out leadership teams across corporate functions and sales teams in Technology Services & Fintech.

Jonathan is an active investor in disruptive technologies designed to help improve the world in agriculture, construction, healthcare and pharma. He loves to travel and experience new cultures and uses food as a means to connect with people. When he isn’t travelling, he plays the role of Sous chef to his wife Erika and dog walker to his husky Theo.
