As the leader of our Global RPO offering, Francis is responsible for managing relationships across the Genpact partnership as well as leading and growing TritonExec’s business across the APAC region.

With close to two decades of experience in recruitment & running RPOs, Francis is a seasoned leader. His core specialties are people, operations, process improvement, project hiring, and RPO within executive search.

When he is not working, Francis enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and exploring different cultures. Sports, Adventure and Gadgets keep him on his toes.
