Ben Wood is a seasoned HR executive search leader with nearly two decades of experience supporting organisations to build and scale high-performing people functions. As Partner and Head of the HR Practice at TritonExec, he advises global clients across financial services, private capital, and high-growth industries, placing strategic HR leaders who drive cultural transformation, talent excellence, and business growth.

Prior to TritonExec, Ben spent more than eleven years with Frazer Jones, where he established and led the financial services practice and built a respected senior HR offering. He is known for his success in placing CHROs and leadership teams, as well as creating a long-running CHRO roundtable series that continues to foster peer-to-peer knowledge exchange among industry leaders.

Based in Kent, Ben enjoys an active lifestyle, spending time with his family, walking his Golden Retriever Freddie, and playing golf whenever he gets the chance.
