With over 12 years’ experience in executive recruitment and interim solutions, Vinai has helped build specialist Business and Technology Change recruitment functions, alongside Consulting teams. This background has given him a strong understanding of complex transformation environments and the leadership capabilities required to deliver meaningful change.

He has developed an extensive network of senior executives, including Chief Transformation Officers, Transformation Directors, Value Creation Leaders and Programme Directors, supporting businesses through carve-outs, post-merger integration, operational improvement, technology and digital transformation.
