Daniel Navazesh is Partner and Head of Interim Practice at TritonExec, supporting organisations at critical moments of transformation, turnaround, growth and complex project delivery. With over 17 years’ experience in interim solutions, he partners with clients to provide executive interim leadership, specialist contractors, project consulting and flexible statement-of-work talent models.

Daniel leads TritonExec’s interim capability across C-suite and senior appointments, transformation, change, turnaround, technology, data, AI, digital transformation and finance. He provides specialist contractors across Data, AI/ML and Technology Transformation for insurance and financial services clients across the UK, Europe and North America. Having built and scaled multi-million-pound talent divisions himself, Daniel brings a highly practical, commercial and outcomes-focused perspective to every engagement. He is known for combining trusted judgement, deep market access and speed of delivery to secure the right expertise when it matters most.
