As a Partner with TritonExec, Terri spearheads the firm’s Go To Market Practice offering which has been her specialism throughout her career to date.

She joins TritonExec following six years in her previous firm, where she single-handedly grew the GTM hiring team to ten people, and helped a number of high profile VC-backed firms build their C-Suite, HR and leadership teams.

Her experience goes beyond talent acquisition, but also helping clients resolve issues around retention, culture and workplace diversity – all areas in which she has delivered on for a number of VC firms between series’ A-C in hyper scale mode.
