Rachel is a Partner with TritonExec. Based in London, she plays a key role in the continued growth of the Exec RPO Practice as well as supporting the search operations process for the firm.

Rachel joins TritonExec with a deep expertise in talent across tech services, private equity, and banking in both RPO and traditional recruitment. She brings over a decade of industry experience where she has helped business across the globe scale and grow by focusing on talent, championing the concept of adding value to through partnership.
