TritonExec

A group of passionate, forward-thinking friends, our three founders joined forces to challenge the status quo in executive search for Professional and Technology Services.
Despite a global recession, we saw a wealth of resourcing needs for multinationals, and decided to rise to the challenge with a new perspective.

Expanded
Team

Triton-team

Early success bred further demand for our unique approach and specialty. We expanded our team to enhance our breadth of services across larger geographies and markets.
We began to partner with our clients in new ways, offering innovative incentives and engagement models.

Entered
US Market

After successfully managing multiple global projects and mandates outside the US, we landed our first US-based contract, and began regular visits to New York to serve the US executive talent market.
Our reputation developed quickly and we soon picked up more business across the Americas.

Moved to
Mayfair

Space grew tight for the team as we eventually outgrew our offices in Euston Square, and moved to one of the most highly sought after post codes in London.
Our new location allowed us to expand our account team and devote new space to our talent analytics team.

Launched N.America Operation

Continued development of our roster of clients with significant US presence led us to explore expansion in North America.
Early in 2016 we founded a full-service US operation to better serve these clients. We established our US headquarters in Atlanta, in the emerging innovation corridor of the southeast.
